FORME Instructor Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and passionate instructors who can create an experience clients look forward to coming back to. Whether your background is in Pilates, sculpt, strength, or rhythm-based fitness, we want instructors who bring their own personality while maintaining the FORME experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead safe, engaging, and thoughtfully programmed group classes.

  • Provide clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications for different fitness levels.

  • Bring positive energy and create an encouraging, welcoming environment.

  • Learn and confidently teach FORME’s class formats and programming standards.

  • Build genuine connections with clients and help create a strong studio community.

  • Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes.

  • Help reset equipment and keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for the next class.

  • Support fellow instructors and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.

Who We’re Looking For

Pilates or group fitness certification is preferred, but we’re also interested in instructors with strong movement knowledge and relevant teaching experience. You should be confident leading a room, comfortable providing modifications and form corrections, and willing to learn the FORME method.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are reliable, coachable, welcoming, professional, and excited to grow with a new studio.
